Our pricing is based on the type of service, materials required, and the scope of the job. We provide transparent, upfront pricing before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Reach out to us to discuss specifics for your project.

How do I get in contact with you and how long does it take to get an estimate?

If you'd like to get scheduled in with us, please fill out our request form. Once we've received the details of what you're looking for, we'll reach out to discuss next steps

Our commitment is to respond to you within 24 hours or sooner.

Is there a cancellation policy?

We would appreciate it if you could give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If we do not get a notice within this timeframe, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

To help our cleaners work efficiently and for the safety of our cleaners, and the comfort of your pet, we kindly ask that all pets be secured in a kennel or separate room. We appreciate your understanding! (We DO NOT pick up pet waste.)

What is the difference between a standard and deep cleaning?

Standard Cleaning is designed for ongoing maintenance. This cleaning routine is usually done weekly or bi-weekly to keep your home organized and clean. 
Typical tasks in a standard cleaning include:
Dusting all accessible surfaces, like furniture, shelves, and countertops.
Wiping down the exterior of kitchen appliances and cabinets.
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs).
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all floors.
Taking out the trash.
Tidying up and light organizing.
Deep Cleaning, in contrast, represents a far more detailed and extensive service. It is designed to clear away the accumulation of dirt, grime, and dust in particular areas with a higher level of intensity. Typically, this service is performed a few times (1x-2x) each year.
Deep cleaning tasks often go beyond the standard list to include:
Cleaning behind and underneath large appliances like the refrigerator and oven.
Scrubbing grout and tile to remove grime. (We do not clean mildew/mo;d please call a professional)
Washing baseboards, door frames, and walls.
Cleaning the interior of appliances like the oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
Detailed cleaning of light fixtures, ceiling fans, and vents.
Dusting and washing blinds and curtains.
Washing inside cabinets and drawers.
In essence, a standard clean maintains the cleanliness of your home, while a deep clean restores it to a pristine condition by addressing the nooks and crannies that accumulate dirt over time.
